Dr. Hong has more than thirty years of experience in photovoltaic solar energy. He has served as the Research Division Director of Photovoltaic Solar Energy Division at Industry Technology Research Institute (ITRI), a research organization that serves to strengthen the technological competitiveness of Taiwan, and Vice President and Plant Director of Sinonar Amorphous Silicon Solar Cell Co., which is the first amorphous silicon manufacturer in Taiwan. In addition, Dr. Hong was responsible for Power Subsystem of ROCSAT 1 for the Taiwan Space Program. Dr. Hong has published three books and thirty eight papers in international journals and conferences, and is a holder of seven patents. Dr. Hong was the recipient of Outstanding Achievement Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan.

Mr. Tony, W. J., Cheng is currently Managing Director of AUO Energy (Tianjin) Corporation. He received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chinese Culture University. With extensive experience in marketing analysis and display industry, Mr. Cheng joined AUO in 2004 and later appointed as head of Desktop Business Unit. Mr. Cheng moved to China in 2009 for display product marketing in China.   • Before joining Motech, Mr. Hung worked at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) for 16 years. His roles included serving as the Department Manager of Manufacturing, Deputy Director of Human Resource Operation Center, and Director of Production Planning.

Previously he was the Executive Director and General Manager of Xinjiang New Energy Corporation from 2000-2007, and VP and Vice GM of Xinjiang Electric Material Company from 1997-2000. Mr. Lei received degrees in mechatronics from the Xinjiang Mechatronics Tech and in Economics Management from Xinjiang Finance and Economics Institute. He earned his MBA from the University of New Zealand.
