Dr. Reinhard Benz is Head of Strategic Sales and Product Marketing at Evatec AG, leading a team of market specialists across Advanced Packaging, Power Devices, MEMS, Wireless Communication, Optoelectronics & High Precision Optics. He holds a PhD (Dr.rer.nat) in Applied Physics of Semiconductors from Eberhard-Karls University in Tübingen, Germany and has more than 25 years experience working in the semiconductor and solar capital equipment industries in Europe, Asia and North America. He worked previously in senior sales and marketing functions for Oerlikon and Tokyo Electron before moving to Evatec in 2013.
