Dr. C. L. Liu received his Sc.D. degree (1962) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was on the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1962-72) and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1972-98), and served as President and Professor of Computer Science at the National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan from 1998 to 2002.
In addition, he serves as Board member and consultant at a number of high tech companies in Taiwan, and is active in educational as well as charitable services on a worldwide basis. His expertise is in the semiconductor area, particularly in the design and manufacturing aspects.
He is a member of Academia Sinica, a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery.

Roger Chu oversees the Green Energy Business Unit of TrendForce Corp., and specializes in market research on the LED industry, including end-product makers ranging from LED components, lighting, backlight to manufacturers. Additionally, he also handles the research on batteries in the Green Energy Business Unit.
Mr.Chu once was an analyst at DRAMeXchange. He also worked for Hua Nan Securities as an analyst and Qunmao Management Consulting Company as a management trainee. His previous research scope covered DRAM, packaging and testing as well as other electronic industries.
Mr.Chu graduated from the Graduate Institute of Finance, Chaoyang University of Technology

Epistar

Dr.Jou worked for MRL/ITRI and OES/ITRI Taiwan in the field of optoelectronic devices (LEDs,LDS and PDs)from 1990 to 1996. In 1996,he joined Epistar Corporation as one of the founders and served as Vice President of R&D，responsible for AlGalnP and InGaN LEDs development. Currently ,Dr.Jou is the President of Epistar Corporation. His main interests are Metal-organic Vapor Phase Epitaxial(MOVEP)growth of optoelectronic devices and semiconductor device processing.Dr.Jou has authored or co-authored more than 70 technical papers in scientific journals and conferences and holds over 60 patents in his fields of expertise.

Lumileds

Ray Chock holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis, he is the Senior Director of Business Development . He has worked in the optoelectronics industry for over 15 years. He is responsible for driving new business opportunities and establishing the product requirements for emerging applications. Prior to joining Philips Lumileds, Chock had held various executive management and business development positions at Hewlett-Packard, Sharp andZilog.

Vincent Wu, Senior marketing manager of SSL segment in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors (China) Co. Ltd, responses LED product promotion and market strategy in China. Joined OSRAM in year 2007, with experience of Senior Application Engineer, Application Expert and Marketing Manager. Focused on SSL, covers optics, thermal and integrated LED system technology, and worked on lighting market for more than 8 years. Before joined OSRAM has worked as R&D engineer in Philips for 3 years. Mr. Wu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Master degree of Opto electronics Physics.

Andy Man joined Bridgelux in 2012 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asia Business, managing all go-to-market and sales activities within the region. Since joining Bridgelux, Andy has successfully managed the Bridgelux die business, showing strong revenue growth coupled with margin expansion, while tightly managing product mix and inventory levels. Andy believes in hands-on value selling, both with our customers and distribution partners. Andy Man has over 20 years’ sales and marketing management experience in the industry. Prior joining Bridgelux, as managing Director for the Asia Region at California Micro Devices, Mr. Man built the Asia Sales team of twenty people. While there, he established channel partners in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan and Korea. Under Mr. Man, California Micro Devices’ Asia business grew to account for the majority of worldwide sales.

Kaz Maruyama is global marketing director of Dow Corning’s Lighting business, one of the fastest growing areas within the Corporation. Based at Dow Corning’s Japanese headquarters in Tokyo, Kaz leads the company’s global strategic marketing initiatives targeting the LED and Lighting industries.
Kaz joined Dow Corning in 2006 as global market manager for the company’s electronics division. In that role, he developed and executed business strategies for the Opto-electronics, Flat Panel Display and Semiconductor industries. In 2011, he became global industry director to lead silicon-based material business enabling LED lighting industry. He is in the current role since 2014.
Before joining Dow Corning, Kaz worked for the Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation for 13 years. There, his responsibilities included scientific research, technology management and business development for various industries, including plastic, polymer, pigment, printer toner and ink and display components.
Kaz holds a bachelor’s and a master’s in Macromolecular (Polymer) Science from Osaka University, in Osaka, Japan. He also holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in Cambridge, Mass., where he was a Leaders for ManufacturingFellow. Kaz also holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Mie University, in Mie, Japan.

Lei Lining, senior professional in human resources. He has successively held the posts of general manager assistant at Beijing Fortune Group, Shanghai branch manager, branch manager at Snowland Great Rivers Environmental Protection Company, chief human resource officer at Lanzhou Lianqiang Guomei. He joined Guangzhou Honglitronic in June 2008 and serves as general manager. Since Feburary 22nd 2010, he served as board member of the first board of directors.

Shi Jie, the representative of Yangzhou People's Congress, Yizheng People's Congress Standing Committee, standing director of China Association of Lighting Industry and vice chairman of Jiangsu Association of Lighting Industry, takes charge of one of the National 863 Programs "Domestic chip LED indoor lighting lamps and system development" and National Science-technology Support Plan Project "Indoor large space, high flux LED lighting development". He is one of the first entrepreneurs engaged in LED lighting. In 2006, he started to work on LED lighting products development and designed modularization street lamps and Magnolia Series, experiencing the LED lighting industry growth process in China. Under his leadership, SFT took the lead in conforming to ISO90001 Standard and ISO14001 authentication in the industry. In 2014, Shi Jie created and launched www.elighting.cc, the first O2O Vertical e-commerce platform in domestic lighting industry.

Allen Lee, an elite graduated from National Chengchi University who currently serves as the General Manager in EVERLIGHT LIGHTING (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. Over two decades of optoelectronic experiences equips Lee to fully understand all aspects of LED including market trends, strategy, etc. His knowledge is also full of global perspective to provide remarkable insights on LED all the time.

MLS Lighting

Mr. Lawrence Lin is a graduate of NCCU, Taiwan, majored in Chinese Literature. He has worked in the LED industry for more than 16 years, and joined MLS in 2011, now serves as Marketing & Sales General Manager. Since 2012, Lin has started to build the MLS lighting products distributing channels in China, America, Europe and Asia. Right now MLS lighting already has more than 5000 retail shops & 100 Agents. As one of the well-known company in the LED retrofit lamps, MLS ships over millions units of TLED & Bulb per month.

Primarily responsible for research and analysis of China LED lighting market development trend. Figo Wang has years of work experience in LED industry, who has continued to focus upon the research of advanced LED technology, LED industry development trend and enterprise competition strategy.
