1. 吳安宇教授1987年台灣大學電機系畢業，1992年和1995年分別在美國馬里蘭大學獲得電機工程碩士及博士學位。1996年服務於國立中央大學電機系，2000年加入台灣大學電機系與電子所，2005年升任教授職位，2015年獲聘為特聘教授。

1. 吳教授於2010年獲頒中國電機工程學會「傑出電機工程教授獎」以及2016年第七屆「有庠科技發明獎（資通訊科技領域）」。曾擔任過台灣大學電子所副所長以及IEEE電路與系統領域 (Circuits and Systems, CAS)之VLSI Systems and Applications (VSA) Technical Committee技術委員會主席(為CAS領域第二大之技術委員會)。基於“DSP algorithms and VLSI designs for communication IC/SoC”之長期貢獻，吳教授於2015年晉升為『IEEE會士 (IEEE Fellow) 』，並獲選為IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society的 Board of Governor (BoG) Member, 將於2016-2018代表IEEE Region 10參與CAS領域核心業務與規劃。吳教授自2016年八月起，接任台灣大學電子所所長。
2. 馬里蘭大學畢業後加入AT&T Bell實驗室擔任Member of Technical Staff (MTS)，並參與ADSL通訊IC研發計畫。曾擔任IEEE Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems、IEEE Circuits and Systems-I/II與IEEE Signal Processing期刊副主編。亦參與許多主要IEEE國際會議的技術委員會 (Technical Committee)，例如ICIP、SiPS、AP-ASIC、ISCAS、ISPACS、ICME、SOC和A-SSCC。吳教授近年來獲得多項獎項肯定，如92年度「旺宏電子青年教授講座」、93年度中國電機工程學會「優秀青年電機工程師獎」、94年度國立臺灣大學「傅斯年獎」及94年度國科會「吳大猷先生紀念獎」。95年1月起先後擔任第二期「晶片系統國家型科技計畫」創新產品「分項計畫共同召集人」與「分項計畫召集人」。2007~2009年借調擔任工研院系統晶片中心副主任，協助規劃及推動 PAC DSP處理器與Android-based多核心SoC技術。借調期間同時擔任工業局半導體產業推動辦公室(Semiconductor Industry Promotion Office, SIPO)主任，協助政府推動半導體產業投資發展與規劃產業躍升方案。

1. Tsung-Han Tsai received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1990, 1994, and 1998 respectively. From 1999 to 2000, he was an Associate Professor of electronic engineering at Fu Jen University. He joined National Central University in 2000. Since 2008 he was a full Professor in the department of electrical engineering at National Central University. Currently he is also the director of Intelligent Chip and System Center in National Central University, and also serves as the Principal Investigator of the National Program for Intelligent Electronics.
2. Dr. Tsai has been awarded more than 40 patents and 230 refereed papers published in international journals and conferences. Dr. Tsai received the Industrial Cooperation Award in 2003 from the Ministry of Education, Taiwan. He received the Best Paper Award from the IEEE International Conference on Innovations in Bio-inspired Computing and Applications (IBICA) in 2011, and IEEE International Conference on Innovation, Communication and Engineering (ICICE) in 2015. His research team has won many international IC related student design contest awards including ISOCC in 2015, TI DSP Asia Design Contest in 2008, and ISSCC in 2011. He has served as a Guest Editor of special issues for Journal of VLSI Signal Processing Systems. He was a General Co-Chair of IEEE International Conference on Internet of Things 2014. He has been an IEEE member for over 15 years, and serves as Technical Program Committee member or Session Chair of several international conferences. His research interests include VLSI signal processing, video/audio coding algorithms, DSP architecture design, wireless communication and System-On-Chip design.

• 鄭經華教授畢業於中正大學資工所，專注於高速動態電路與低功率電路之設計、測試與實作。整個實驗室團隊在高效能、低功率設計測試技術與晶片實作上都已具備相當好的基礎。並且在一些原創性低功率晶片設計技術（CKVdd與VDP）獲得很好的成果，這些研究成果包含電路設計、流程整合、晶片實做驗證及應用系統端之整合。並與交通大學郭峻因團隊在低功率多媒體視訊IP晶片實作、系統整合與驗證平台建立密切合作，也都獲有相當不錯的具體成就。

1. Tsung-Hsien Lin received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan. He received his MS and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from University of California at Los Angeles, in 1997 and 2001, respectively. In 2000, he joined Broadcom Corporation, Irvine, CA, where he was a Senior Staff Scientist, during which time he involved in wireless transceiver developments. In 2004, he joined the Graduate Institute of Electronics Engineering and the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, where he is currently a Professor. His research interests are the design of wireless transceivers, clock and frequency generation systems, delta-sigma modulators, and transducer interface circuits.
2. Dr. Lin was the recipient of the Best Presentation Award for his paper presented at the 2007 IEEE VLSI-DAT Symposium, and the Best Paper Award at the same Symposium in 2015. He was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award from National Taiwan University in 2007, 2008, and 2014, and Exceptional Teaching Excellence Award in 2009. He served on the IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuit Conference (A-SSCC) Technical Program Committee (TPC) from 2005 to 2011 and was the TPC Vice-Chair for 2011 A-SSCC. He is the TPC co-Chair for 2016 A-SSCC. He was a Guest Editor for IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC) in 2012 and was an Associate Editor for the same journal from 2013 to 2015. He serves on the ISSCC International Technical Program Committee (ITPC) from 2010 to 2016, and is in the ISSCC Student Research Preview (SRP) committee since 2012. He was the Chair of 2016 ISSCC ITPC Far-East Regional Committee.
